We have been reading a variety of Christmas and winter stories to examine the elements of each story. Today we started to make a graphic organizer to plan the elements of our own story. Each student will be writing their own idea for a Christmas or winter story. If your child did not complete their graphic organizer today then it is for homework. Students will be required to complete each section of the writing process to be able to keep up with each days lesson. For tomorrow, all students need to have their ideas written in a graphic organizer. The elements include:
-setting -characters -problem -events -solution(how is the problem solved) -conclusion(what is the lesson or moral of the story) Christmas Concert
